Sell Your Used Furniture

Furniture Consignment:
• Consignment Period: 40 days. Furniture must be worth over $500 per item.
◦ If the owner retains the furniture, we will handle the sales.
◦ Pricing is based on mutual agreement. We will charge a 20% commission on the final sale price.
◦ If we store the furniture and handle the sales, we will charge a 40% commission on the final sale price.
◦ If the furniture is not sold within 40 days while being handled by us, the owner can retrieve it and pay a 10% storage fee based on the agreed price, or sell it to us at 10% of the agreed price.
◦   If the furniture was retained by the owner, new consignment arrangements must be made before relisting.
